Weekly Photo Challenge: Sun

I have lot of pictures of the sun, in the morning, at midday, in the afternoon, at sunset… But since I didn’t want to post a conventional picture, I remembered of a day spent in London Borough Market practising photography (was following a 4 day course back then) and all of a sudden our teacher/photographer noticed a weird light, we all noticed it. People seemed to be shining like Edward Cullen in Twilight. But, since they were not vampires, or at least they didn’t look like, there must have been another reason for their brightness. The reason was that the sun was actually reflecting on the windows of the top-floor restaurant nearby, and from there the light was projected on the people themselves. It was an interesting light effect… Check these shots out.

  1. I really like the second shot where the asian guy is on his smart phone (?) and you can’t really see anyone else’s faces. Nice!

  2. I really like these shots of people in the streets and the sun bouncing off of them. Thank you for visiting my blog. Hope you stop by again.
