Photo of the day: Osh

Today I had the chance to taste a wonderful Uzbek plate called Osh, which in Russian it’s called Plov, cooked by my Uzbek friend Nilyufer.

It’s made of rice, chicken, carrots, grape, onions as the main ingredients and believe me, it was delicious!

I love to taste food from different parts of the world, it tells you a lot about a culture and its people and Central Asian, girls in particular, are fantastic, kind and generous. They are my best friends here in the master and I am glad to have met them and to have shared this experience with them.
