Borough Market

A couple of weeks ago I went to Southbank for the World Street Food Festival, and on my way there I stopped by London Borough Market which always offers good photographic opportunities. Taking pictures of food stalls is an interesting experience, because you can observe a lot of different aspects about human beings. Where do they head to? Do they look at the product itself or just at how it is displayed? What makes them choose what to buy? The taste, the price, the human interaction with the vendor? How do vendors attract their customers? What kind of strategies do they put in place?

Markets are perfect places to do some people-watching and to look at some delicious food, lol. Here are just a few pictures…

  1. I would never miss a market when I visit a place. It says a lot about a country what they sell. This is a very interesting market.

  2. This looks like delicious fun!! Will have to make a trip to London for this. Lisa 🙂
